PROiT help people to make key decisions, solve thorny business challenges, maintain existing business systems and develop new business solutions.

  • Feasibility, needs analysis and solution specification
  • Tender documentation and response review
  • Specification and design of the required technical architecture and infrastructure
  • Business Continuity Planning
  • Problem solving
  • Risk assessment and recommendations for remedial actions
  • Project definition, transition management and project management
  • Communication and presentation of concepts to technical and non-technical people
  • Ad-hoc retainer based consulting and technical support services, to a restricted number of select clients.

How much?

We are not the cheapest, however the fees for our services are competitive and affordable by many SMEs and organisations.

To maintain our competitive advantage we quote a fixed fee against an agreed scope of works, after we have learned how your business ticks and what your objectives are. For that reason you will not see daily rates or typical project rates on our site, as through our experience there is no such thing as a 'typical project'.

If it is of benefit to you, we can split a project down into specific phases, adding functionality in a cashflow friendly way.

Helping Businesses and Organisations to punch above their weight

PROiT have extensive project and commercial experience gained within businesses and organisations of varied sizes and sectors.

We have found that a methodology, technique or technology that is commonplace in one business sector can produce dramatic results in another where it is not - if you know how to use it effectively of course!
